What
Bundle & Go is

Bundle & Go is Miles & More's built-in miles-purchase feature, accessible directly from your account. Instead of buying miles one at a time, you pick a fixed bundle — a set number of miles for a set price. The usual reason to use it: a redemption booking where you're a few thousand miles short, without booking another flight to make up the gap.

The basics

Prices
per bundle

Bundles come in four sizes. Base prices (before any bonus):

Bundle Miles Price
S 3,000 miles €90
M 10,000 miles €250
L 50,000 miles €1,000
XL 100,000 miles €1,750

Billing runs in euros, since Miles & More sits under the Lufthansa Group. At current exchange rates that's roughly the same amount in Swiss francs, plus whatever foreign-transaction fee your card charges — worth checking, since that can range from 0-2.5% depending on the card.

The lever

The
current bonus

Miles & More regularly runs a first-time-buyer bonus on Bundle & Go — most recently 50% extra miles on the base amounts above. The base 3,000 miles for €90 becomes 4,500 miles for the same price:

Bundle Miles with 50% bonus Price
S 4,500 miles €90
M 15,000 miles €250
L 75,000 miles €1,000
XL 150,000 miles €1,750

Promotions like this run for a limited time and change. Check the bonus currently showing in your own account under Bundle & Go before buying — the base prices above hold, the bonus is the variable.

The limit

The
annual cap

Miles & More caps miles purchased through Bundle & Go at 250,000 miles per calendar year, per account. For most people topping up a single redemption, this cap is essentially irrelevant — it only becomes a factor if you're buying larger amounts on a regular basis.

The math

When it's
worth it

Usually worth it when:

As a rule of thumb: with the 50% bonus, the S bundle works out to roughly 2 cents per mile (€90 for 4,500 miles). That's a good deal when it's the difference between booking a business-class redemption or not — a poor one if you're buying miles with no specific booking in mind.
