Meilenguru is a personal project run by Sam Penfold and is not currently registered as a company in the Swiss commercial register. Under Swiss law (Art. 931 CO), a sole proprietorship only has to register once annual revenue reaches CHF 100,000 — below that threshold, registration is voluntary.
