Free miles for you. Miles for me. Nobody loses.
If you're applying for one of these cards anyway — and after reading the Strategies page you probably are — entering a referral code takes five seconds and gets you extra miles. I get some too. The cards, fees, and terms are completely identical either way. So you might as well.
How this works
Miles, Membership Rewards, or cashback. Not sure which? The Strategies page has a full breakdown. Start there if you're new to this.
The links below go straight to the Swisscard application. Straight to the application form.
There's a referral/promo code field during the application. Type in the code. It's not automatic — you have to enter it manually. Don't skip this step.
Miles hit your account once the card is approved. I get a small reward on my end — which goes straight towards my next redemption. Everyone's happy.
The codes
Live codes from Swisscard's referral programme. Same card, same fees, same terms — just more miles if you use the code. Takes five seconds.
Works on Classic, Gold, and Platinum duos. The 15,000 miles stack on top of the standard welcome offer — so you're getting more than what's advertised on the tin. Pairs well with a Cornèrcard for everyday spending.
The single best earning card available to Swiss residents right now. Up to 75,000 MR points — transferable to Miles & More, Flying Blue, and a bunch of other programmes. The annual fee is high, but the welcome bonus alone covers it multiple times over if you redeem well.
Nothing to do with miles — but a genuinely decent free card if you want simple cashback for spending where Amex isn't accepted. 1% back on Amex, 0.25% on Visa. If you're applying anyway, use the code — CHF 140 back is CHF 140 back.
Current offers worth knowing about
These are above the standard welcome offers. All time-limited — the ones in red are expiring very soon. Don't sit on them.
75,000 MR points (vs standard 45,000) + CHF 300 credit over one year + half-price first year (CHF 450 instead of CHF 900). Requires opening an Alpian account alongside the card application.
60,000 M&M miles (vs standard 10–15k) as part of Cornèrcard's 25th anniversary promo. 25 lucky applicants win an extra 25,000 miles each — theoretical max of 85,000. Min CHF 3,000 spend in year 1.
40,000 M&M miles (vs standard 10k) + CHF 110 first year (instead of CHF 220). Best value combo for most Swiss residents — the Diners earns 1 mile per CHF 1 spent, which is the best base rate going.
Elevated bonuses run periodically via Swisscard. Standard offer is 45,000 points. No minimum spend required. Must hold card for 13 months to keep the bonus. Current offer shown at time of application.
Currently running at 40,000 MR points — well above the standard offer. Half annual fee in year one (CHF 110 instead of CHF 220). Good entry point if the Platinum fee is a stretch.
20,000 M&M miles + a CHF 300 SWISS flight voucher valid for bookings on swiss.com paid with the Amex card. Voucher valid until 31.12.2026. Useful if you already fly SWISS regularly.
Still not sure where to start?
Which card, which programme, which route — all depends on your specific situation. 30 minutes on a call and you'll have a clear answer instead of a stack of open browser tabs.
